Minimal Order- Minimal opening order is $100.00 and subsequent order minimal is $50.00. Please specify style number and size when ordering.
Payment Terms- All first time orders must be Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Debit Card (with MasterCard/Visa logo), or American Express.
Shipping- F.O.B. Lake Mary, Florida
1. Customers will be billed for shipping and handling. 2. Standard Shipping is UPS or Fedex Ground. If you require next day or 2nd day additional charges will apply.
3. Orders are shipped within 1-2 weeks of receipt of order depending on the size of the order.
IMPORTANT: For International orders, additional shipping charges will be applied. These charges can be as much as 3 to 4 times the cost of shipping in the continental US (as shown above), please call for a quote if you are not sure ahead of time that you can agree to fully pay the extra charges.
For orders to Alaska and Hawaii, shipping calculated is the USPS or fedex ground rate to your destination.
Returns- Defective merchandise may be returned with prior approval. Customers must contact Raynabows within 5 days of receipt of order for a return. Merchandise returned for any other reason with permission of Raynabows will incur a 25% restocking fee. Raynabows will not be responsible for damages to goods in transit. Immediately call the carrier for inspection of goods damaged in transit.
Credit Cards- All major credit cards are accepted including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Debit Cards with MasterCard/Visa Logo. There is a $500.00 minimal for special orders. Raynabows will make every effort to accommodate special requests in colors, sizes, and hand painted items. Prior written approval from Raynabows is required as well as prepayment of 50%.
Hand Painted Items- Each hand painted piece is slightly different depending on the fabric, medium used, and artist. These minor differences enhance the uniqueness of each item. Color Variations, Trim and Fabric Substitutions. Dye Lots on the fabrics may be slightly different. Substitutions in trims may be made to match the colors more closely.
