IMPORTANT: For International orders, additional shipping charges will be applied. These charges can be as much as 3 to 4 times the cost of shipping in the continental US (as shown above), please call for a quote if you are not sure ahead of time that you can agree to fully pay the extra charges.
Oversize Items: Additional shipping charges will be applied to oversized items.
For orders to Alaska and Hawaii, shipping calculated is the USPS or FEDEX ground rate to your destination.
Returns- Hand painted items are made to order and are not returnable.
Credit Cards- All major credit cards are accepted including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Debit Cards with MasterCard/Visa Logo.
Custom Orders-Raynabows will make every effort to accommodate special requests in colors, sizes, and hand painted items.
Hand Painted Items- Each hand painted piece is slightly different depending on the fabric, medium used, and artist. These minor differences enhance the uniqueness of each item. Color Variations, Trim and Fabric Substitutions, and Dye Lots on the fabrics on the decorative pillows may be slightly different. Substitutions in trims may be made to match the colors more closely. Colors may vary slightly depending on your computer, most orders are shipped within 1-2 weeks of ordering.
Sales Tax: Florida residents pay 7% sales tax.
