We help you decide which designs and colors you would like to use in your custom painted home decor products. Many of our designs are generic, by changing the colors, the final product will be more uniquely yours.
How does the process work

First you decide on the products such as picture frames, artwork or pillows.

Second you decide on the design and colors. Color selections are practically endless.

Next we create samples and email to you for approval.

We make the products and ship to your store.

We create and produce all of your custom items in our studio located in Lake Mary, Florida. All products are custom made and painted in the USA!

There is a $500.00 minimal for special custom made orders. This includes samples that we send to you for approval. Subsequent order minimal on already ordered custom products is $100.00.
Raynabows makes every effort to accommodate special requests in colors, sizes, and hand painted items. Prior written approval from Raynabows is required as well as prepayment of 50%.
Payment Terms- All first time orders must be Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Debit Card (with MasterCard/Visa logo), or American Express pr PayPal.
Shipping- F.O.B. Lake Mary, Florida
1. Customers will be billed for shipping and handling.
2. Standard Shipping is UPS or Fedex Ground. If you require next day or 2nd day additional charges will apply.
3. Custom Designed Orders are shipped within 3-6 weeks of receipt of order depending on the size of the order.
IMPORTANT: For International orders, additional shipping charges will be applied. These charges can be as much as 3 to 4 times the cost of shipping in the continental US .Please call for a quote on shipping charges prior to placing your order.
For orders to Alaska and Hawaii, shipping calculated is the USPS or fedex ground rate to your destination.
Returns- We make every effort to guarantee that the final product is exactly as the sample that you approve. Custom Orders are not returnable. Raynabows will not be responsible for damages to goods in transit. Immediately call the carrier for inspection of goods damaged in transit.
Hand Painted Items- Each hand painted piece is slightly different due to the nature of hand painting individual pieces. These minor differences enhance the uniqueness of each item.
